Custom Printed T-Shirts
Ordering custom shirts for a clothing line, an organization or team? Putting together a personal design? Custom t-shirts are what we do best. Choose from a wide variety of colors, sizes, and brands, including Alstyle, Gildan, Hanes, American Apparel, Cotton Herritage, Pro Club, and Canvas. After you select a shirt, use our Threaded Merch award-winning Design Studio software to start a design from scratch or upload your own artwork.
What type of artwork files can I upload?
For best quality, we recommend you upload using atleast a 300 DPI image like a transparent image files like a PNG, PSD, or high resolution raster JOG, or TIFF file we also accept vectored AI or SVG file for best results. All orders are subjected to screening by our art department to ensure proper artwork and a digital mockups are sent back to customer as proofs for approval before your order is printed.
What are your shops minimums?
Our business model is directed towards volume merch to be resold by our customers, so in order keep our customers margins well, we have a strict MOQ of atleast 24 pieces. All pricing gets lower per piece / pricing breaks as volume increase in tiers of 25-50-100-150-300-500-1000 pieces.
Using the online studio software, your order will to be allowed to process unless there are atleast 24 pieces on your sizes, any mix of sizes for clarity but you would have to have atleast 24 pieces in your order to checkout.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 2 1/2 - 3 working weeks excluding weekends and government holidays for most orders between 24-50 units. Largers order might take a few extra days, based on options such as inside tables labels and additional print locations that might ad time to your orders production. Since 2020, there have been some delays with our distributors on certain garments due to some shortages, if this is the case our representatives will contact you with an updates of this is the case on a certain garment style.
