Screen Printing
Screen printing is a type of printing in which ink is pushed through a screen with a squeegee onto a substrate. Screens are made by producing positive of the customers' artwork and exposing to UV light thought the film. The screen is washed out leaving only areas that were exposed to the UV light.

Basic apparel colors This is a listing of the basic colors that we offer. We can attempt
to get any color requested but it is subject to availability.

Pricing:

Custom Screen-printed garment prices are based on total quantity, the color and type of garment, how many colors in your design(s) and how many locations you print.

Embroidery prices are dependent on stitch count (how many stitches it takes to embroider your design) as well as on total quantity and the color and type of garment.

Digital Print prices are dependent on quantity and the color and type of garment.

We are confident that 110% of the time our prices are the lowest on the Internet! But… if you do find a price lower than ours, we guarantee to match or beat any verifiable quote that you present us with!!!

We accept artwork via e-mail in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and others. See click here for more information.

Basic ink colors This is a listing of the basic ink colors that we offer. We can attempt
to get any ink color requested but it is subject to availability.

Uploading Artwork
If you have artwork that is too big to send via e mail this is a way to send it. It's Easy and it allows us to use the original file. 

Artwork Guidelines

We accept the following file types:

.AI, .BMP, .CDR, .CMX, .CPT, .EMF, .EPS, .GIF, .JP2, .JPE, .JPEG, .JPG, .PCT, .PCX, .PDF, .PICT, .PLT, .PNG, .PS, .PSD, .SVG, .TIF, .TIFF, .TXT, .WMF

• CorelDraw® - all versions
• Adobe Illustrator® - all versions
• Adobe Acrobat® (PDF) - all versions
• Bitmaps/Jpgs (photos) - we will redraw these types of files in a vector format
• Photoshop® Or Corel Photo Paint® - all versions

Payment Options:

A 60% deposit is required to begin production, the balance shall be due and billed upon completion and shipment of your order.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) and debit cards bearing the Visa or Master Card emblem. Please note credit/debit card payments are processed through “"Southpaw Image Design and Print", our parent company.

We also accept checks and money orders (please allow extra time for the mail and for checks to clear).

We also Accept Paypal.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Our products are guaranteed to be first quality products, no seconds or irregulars, free from manufacturer defect. Screen-printed items are guaranteed to hold the ink through normal laundering procedure (see garment tag for instructions).

Shipping:

We normally ship via UPS ground. Delivery time varies according to state and zip code. (See click here for estimated delivery times.) Upon request we also ship UPS Next-Day, Second-Day-Air and & 3 Day-Air.

Minimums:

The minimum order for custom Embroidered garments is 24  pieces for Screen Printed Orders.

For Screen-printing the minimum is 24 pieces! However the price is based on a sliding scale: the greater the quantity – the less the price. Get a quote click here.

Production Time:

Production time is dependent on many variables such as total quantity of pieces, how busy we are, how complicated your artwork is, etc. However we pledge to process orders in a timely manner. We do not charge extra for rush orders and will do our best to meet your deadline!

Ordering Procedure:

We have combined the best balance of automation and human supervision in our online order form. Information you will need at the time you place your order is: garment type and color, quantity, sizes, image size(s), ink color(s), preferred delivery date, credit card information, billing address, shipping address. You may send artwork send as an e-mail attachment.

Set-Up Charges:

There is NO set-up charge for screen-printing!

There is a one-time set-up charge for embroidery.

Reorders:

You will NEVER have to pay set-up charges on reorders, however pricing on reorders is based on total quantity you reorder. In other words if your original order was 100 units and your reorder is 50 then you can expect to pay a little more per unit. On the other hand if your reorder is for 150 units then expect to pay less per unit.

Quantity
12 to 100,000 - no orders too small or too large.

Inks
Plastisol inks are used in garment printing. Can be very opaque on dark garments, and will adhere to most textiles. Basic ink colors 

Pantone Colors
We offer Pantone color matches for screen printing at no additional charge.
PMS Colors

T-Shirts
This is a listing of the basic colors that we offer. We can attempt to get any color requested but it is subject to availability. 

Can I mix garments for my order?
Yes, you may combine any number of styles to get the quantity price break. For example, order 24 t-shirts, 24 tank tops and 24 sweat shirts and receive the 72 piece price for all garments, as long as all garments receive the same print & ink color. The only exception is for hats.

Prices are based on total quantity, the color and type of garments, how many colors in your design(s) and how many locations you print.

Quantity Price Breaks
Yes we offer price breaks - the more you order the more you save!.

Tips to save money
1. Print fewer colors. (Each color requires a screen.)
2. Print on fewer locations (e.g. Chest Only).
3. Order light colored T-shirts (e.g. White).
4. Order in larger quantities.
5. Choose the "Printer's Favorite" brand.
